What is Coaching?
As defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), “Coaching is a creative and thought-provoking process that involves partnering with clients to help them maximize their potential.” It is a collaborative, goal-oriented process in which a skilled coach guides individuals or groups to achieve specific objectives, enhance performance, and navigate personal or professional challenges.

How to work with me?
1:1 Coaching Support (in English or Spanish)
We typically work together for a period of 3 to 6 months, meeting twice per month, either in person or via Zoom. Together, we explore who you are, what has led you to your current path, what you long to become, and how to get there.
Individual coaching sessions also available
